AI Ops Bootcamp launched as a free program for operators and domain experts across GTM, ops, marketing, and product - built to give people a real foundation for using agentic workflows, not just a mindset talk. The program wasn't fully scoped when the campaign went live, so the video had to sell a vision before there was a cohort to point to; the demand it captured became the forcing function to build a world-class course in the weeks that followed. The goal was 1,000 signups - we blew past that in the first 24 hours.
